German Metal VW club began as an effort of a few local dubbers who wanted to do something different with a car club. Club affiliation isn't as important to us as is participation. Here at GM we provide several avenues for folks to participate in different activities. We have the GM forums, where you can discuss parts get advise and exchange ideas as well as our club events, cruises and GTG's which are open to ALL AirCooled VW enthusiasts.

We are a family oriented club, So, bring your kids along!! We are all about keeping things in a safe, secure environment since most of us are parents as well. So BBQ's at a local park are going to be par for the course with us. Wrench-n-ques are also a family events.

So the bottom line? We're here to drive our dubz, work on em, help others keep these classic's on the road and hopefully meet and hang out with more fellow dubbers.
